Everything you need to know

Common questions about Virturidr events, training programs, and home setups — answered directly.

How many people can join a Virturidr event?

Our standard corporate setup handles up to 12 riders at once on smart bikes. For larger groups, we run heats — meaning while one group rides, others cheer, network, or take part in side activities. We’ve successfully run events for groups of 30+ this way.

Everything. Smart bikes, big-screen displays, sound system, leaderboards, hosting, and cabling. You provide a room with power — we handle the rest. No setup work for you or your team.

No. We’ve delivered events in offices, conference centers, hotel function rooms, and outdoor tents. We need roughly 6×4 meters for a full 12-bike setup, plus access to power outlets. Smaller setups need less.

Most corporate events run 2-3 hours including a warm-up, the main competition or experience, and time to talk afterwards. We can also do half-day or full-day formats for product launches, off-sites, or charity events.

Absolutely. The bikes are easy to use — anyone who can ride a regular bike can ride a smart bike. The platforms automatically adjust to each rider’s fitness level, so beginners ride alongside experienced cyclists without feeling outmatched.

Pricing depends on group size, duration, location, and any extras ). We send a tailored proposal within one business day after you tell us what you’re planning.

Ideally 2-3 weeks to plan the right setup and confirm logistics. We can sometimes deliver on shorter notice — get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Yes. We’re based in Copenhagen but travel across the country — from corporate offices in Jutland to event venues in Funen. Travel and logistics are included in your proposal.

Primarily Zwift, Rouvy, and MyWhoosh — depending on what fits your event. Zwift is best for social events and structured races. Rouvy is great for real-world routes (Alps, California, etc.). MyWhoosh works well for charity rides and longer challenges.

Easy. We design events so non-riders have a real role — cheering, hosting the leaderboard, taking photos, organizing prizes. The energy in the room is what matters, not whether everyone’s on a bike.
